House of Deréon – Beyoncé Knowles’ fashion label

We welcome onsite tomorrow the infamous brand that is House of Deréon. Created by the iconic Beyoncé Knowles and her mother Tina, the label exudes feminity, fun and sass. Inspired by Agnés Deréon, the late grandmother of Beyoncé, House of Deréon began in Louisiana over 85 years ago. Three generations of women have kept this legacy alive and have continued to create beautiful women’s clothing.
Tina Knowles knows how to turn heads with clothing. Creating costumes for Destiny’s Child and winning awards as a celebrity stylist, she has infused trend-breaking style with creativity, cut and fit. And as with any great designer, her muse and creative partner is iconic. Beyoncé serves as inspiration to the brand and keeps the collection up-to-date with the ever changing trends, as well as making some of her own. We have to say, we’re loving her modelling of the collection too!

My favourite Beyonce song – although a TOUGH choice – has to be Sweet Dreams. As a follow up to Single Ladies it was perfect; quirky and powerful. The video was amazing. Brillaint.
My favourite song of Beyoncé’s has to be “Beautiful Liar” featuring Shakira, two amazing dancers, two great vocals resulting in a song that can never be forgotten. Beyonce rocks.

GET ME BODIED! Because it’s all about getting ready to go out and looking fabulous with your friends! And she also encourages everyone to keep fit and healthy by dancing to the different styles of dance she sings about. All in all it’s a fun tune with a positive message!
My favourite Beyonce song is Halo because it is a beautiful, meaningful song and it made it even more special when she dedicated it and sung a personalized version to Michael Jackson after he passed away which makes it even more of an amazing song because he is my idol and it was iconic that the Queen of Pop made a tribute to the King of Pop.
